Today we are Over Achievers!

Hooray for daylight savings!!!!

I have to say that we Monkey Bugs are usually serious under achievers when it comes to the morning hours. Most Sundays we roll out of bed at the last possible minute, only to realize we have exactly 10 minutes to get the kids dressed, let the dogs out, make coffee, shower, and get ourselves ready. Lets just say we usually show up to Church 10 minutes late, with someone either not fed, not fully dressed, or in dire need of either their missed cup of coffee, or their shower.(which lets face it when it comes between coffee or shower, coffee almost always wins.) BUT NOT TODAY!!!! Today we are over achievers! Today we are an hour ahead of schedule. We are those annoying people who get up early and make their kids waffles, and bacon, and fresh juice. This morning its showers for everyone and all of the coffee you can drink! Today there is no drill Sargent parenting, nobody wearing mismatched socks, or last nights pajama pants! Today we get to church all bright and shiny... socks matching, hair combed, and appropriately dressed in clothes from the "only slightly dirty" pile of laundry...and we will get there early! Yay for the Monkey Bugs!
